Rob Fellows

Rob was studying for his PhD in Earth Science when he was first enticed into MUGSS - in the autumn of 1996 his girlfriend and long-term MUGSS sufferer Emily (former flatmate of Penny Richards) went travelling, leaving Rob with spare time on his hands. Being a trusting sort he went along to MUGSS with Penny and her house of reprobates and was never to look back.

He soon abandoned his foolish idea of being in the crew and took to the limelight like an old hand. Who could forget the magic of his performance as "Old Peer" in Iolanthe? (Certainly no-one on the stage with him). The MUGSS infection was overwhelming and Rob became ordinary member of the committee for the following year, in the meantime proving his worth at costume parties and socials in general.

The Mikado saw Rob once again on stage but also helping to run the show in his capacity of "See Rob" (as in - "if anyone has any t-shirt money/orders for tapes/names to go on the list, see Rob"). Mikado, as always, was a huge success and Rob retired from active MUGSS membership in a glow of financial stability. Soon after the end of the academic year Rob and Emily moved to London in order to be closer to the West End theatres and he has not appeared on stage since.

Rob has spent his post-MUGSS time becoming Dr. Bob and learning about expensive wine. He is currently living in Ealing although it is said that he pines for Longsight and the chance to shout at people trying to break into his house on a regular basis.
